Competition rules:

Contestant should only write on the material that we provided

It must be printed on an A4 white paper on one side after downloading from our website

It must be printed in 100% original size when printing

Correction fluid and correction tape are disallowed to be used, otherwise the contestant will be disqualified from the competition

Each contestant can only submit one piece of work, and the work cannot be modified after submission

Write straight from right to left.

One word per box and one punctuation mark per box is required

The judging committee reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters. The score is the final decision, and the contestants must respect and accept

Awards:
-
Gold (>90 marks): The contestant with the highest score will receive a certificate and a trophy

Silver (80-89 marks): Receive a certificate and a trophy

Bronze (70-79 marks): Receive a certificate and a trophy

Merit Award: Contestants with outstanding performance will receive a certificate

Participation Award: An e-participation certificate will be issued
** Participants can notify us the name of the school you are studying in the registration form. If the participant win the Merit Award or above, we will notify their school by email or mail
Results announced:
The results of the competition will be announced on our website and Facebook within seven days, and the relevant trophies and awards will be delivered by SF Express within one month after the announcement of the competition results.
Other conditions:
* All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once they have been paid
* Late submission of registration forms and uploaded works will not be accepted
* All entries must be originally created by the participant, and no ghostwriting is allowed
* Entries must not contain obscene, violent, pornographic, slanderous, unhealthy, insulting elements or any controversial and inappropriate content
* Entries cannot contain commercial or political promotion elements
* All trophies and certificates are printed with the names of the participants in Chinese, please check the relevant information carefully. Once the trophy and certificate are printed, they cannot be modified. All trophies and awards for online competitions will be delivered by SF Express
* Participants (including parents and teachers of junior participants) must understand and agree to the rules and regulations of this competition. If a participant violates any competition rules, the organizer and the judging committee have the right to disqualify them from participating in the competition
* Once registered this competition, it means that the participants have agreed and authorized us to retain and use the works, photos and videos of the participants in the competition for educational and promotional purposes, including all publications, website and social media sites; as well as publishing and announcing the names and relevant information of the winners
* The association does not have an appeal system, and the results of the competition are subject to the evaluation of professional judges
* The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of the general rules and regulations of the competition. If there is any dispute about this event, the organizer's ruling shall be the final ruling, and no one may object
* In case of any dispute, the association reserves the right of final decision

* All live competitions will be taken or videotaped for record purposes. The photos and videos obtained may be publicly used for publicity and promotion.
* Announcement of collection of personal information Personal information is voluntarily provided by participants or their guardians. Each participant or their guardian agrees that the personal information provided may be used for promotion and related services. The information will also be used by relevant personnel to process entries, contact and related publicity purposes.
* In accordance with Sections 18 and 22 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and Principle 6 of Schedule 1, contestants have the right to access and correct their personal data. Participants' rights of access include the right to request a copy of their personal data provided on the student registration form for this competition. Fees may be charged to comply with data access requests.
