Children's Multiplication Challenge

Competition process: ​​

1.  Participant need to memorize the multiplication of 2 - 9

2. Participant need to recite the multiplication from 2 to 9 in order in the video

3. Upload the video on our website under " Lodgement "

Competition details:

  • ​ Competition Range: Multiplication by 2, Multiplication by 3 , Multiplication by 4, Multiplication by 5, Multiplication by 6, Multiplication by 7, Multiplication by 8 , Multiplication by 9

  • Participant need to recite​ the multiplication

  • Cheating is strictly prohibited, contestant may be disqualified from the competition if found

  • The whole process needs to be videotaped, and the participant must be clearly shown in the video

Short film specifications:

  • Each entrant can only submit one short video for the competition
  • The length of the video is less than 5 minutes (must be less than 500MB)
  • Movies must be in AVI, MPEG, MOV, WMV or MP4 format
  • The video must not be edited, the picture and volume must be clear
  • Parents are advised to use mobile phones to take videos

Grading:

One point will be deducted for any recitation error:

  • Gold Award       : Participant who can memorize fluently without errors will be awarded a Gold Award with a certificate and medal

  • Silver Award       : Those who are deducted five point will be awarded a silver award with a certificate and a medal

  • Bronze        : Those who are deducted less than ten points will be awarded a bronze award with a certificate and a medal

  • Participation Award     : Other than the above, participants will be awarded a electronic certificate

Results announced:

 Result will be announced on our website and Facebook within one week, and the relevant trophies and certificates will be delivered by SF Express within one month after the announcement of the result.

Other conditions:

* All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
* Late submission of registration forms and works will not be accepted
* All entries must be originally created by the participant, and no plagiarism or ghostwriting is allowed
* Entries must not contain obscene, violent, pornographic, slanderous, unhealthy, insulting elements or any controversial and inappropriate content
* Entries cannot contain commercial or political promotion elements
* All trophies and certificates are printed with the names of the contestant in Chinese, please check the relevant information carefully when you fill up our registration form. Once the trophy and certificate are printed, they cannot be modified. All trophies and awards for online competitions will be delivered by SF Express
* Contestants (including parents and teachers of minor participants) must understand and agree to the rules and regulations of this competition. If a contestant violates any competition rules, the organizer and the judging committee have the right to disqualify them from participating in the competition
*Once registered this competition, it means that the contestants have agreed and authorized us to retain and use their works, photos and videos for educational and promotional purposes in our publications, website and social media sites; the contestants have also agreed and authorized us publishing and announcing the names and relevant information of the winners
* We do not have an appeal system, and the results of this competition is subject to the evaluation of professional judges
* The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of the general rules and regulations of this competition. If there is any dispute about this event, we reserve the right of final decision, and no objection is accepted

* The Association collects, stores and uses all personal information in a legal and fair manner. This information is only used for the Association's business operations and other related activities.

* The Association will try to keep the latest and correct customer personal information.

* Personal information is stored confidentially. We will respect the privacy of our customers and will never disclose any information to unauthorized persons.
* All live competitions will be taken or videotaped for record purposes. The photos and videos obtained may be publicly used for publicity and promotion.

* Announcement of collection of personal information Personal information is voluntarily provided by participants or their guardians. Each participant or their guardian agrees that the personal information provided may be used for promotion and related services. The information will also be used by relevant personnel to process entries, contact and related publicity purposes.
* In accordance with Sections 18 and 22 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and Principle 6 of Schedule 1, contestants have the right to access and correct their personal data. Participants' rights of access include the right to request a copy of their personal data provided on the student registration form for this competition. Fees may be charged to comply with data access requests.
