Registration procedures:  

Competition rules:  
  • Contestants can participate in any group in this competition

  • Contestants can choose to memorize or watch the score to play (the performance must use the original score)

  • Competitors are not allowed to use a metronome or instrument to assist in counting the beats

  • No editing, special effects or computer post-production is allowed for the performances

  • When shooting a video, keep the camera lens steady, and shoot with a fixed lens instead of moving the lens.

  • Participating clips must be clearly recorded to the appearance and hand performance of the contestants. If the jury cannot confirm whether the performance is performed in person by the contestants, the organizer reserves the right to require the contestants to resubmit the clips or disqualify them from the competition.

  • Contestants shall not use foul language or do any obscene or indecent behavior during the performance of the competition. For those who violate the rules, the organizer and the jury have the right to disqualify them from the competition.

  • Contestants are strictly prohibited from falsely reporting their age. If it is found that the entry qualifications of the contestants do not match the actual age, the organizer and the jury have the right to disqualify the contestants from the relevant projects.

Rules for recording the short film:
  • Each contestant can only submit one short video for the competition
  • The length of the video is less than 3 minutes (must be less than 500MB)
  • The video must be in AVI, MPEG, MOV, WMV or MP4 format
  • The film must be a one-shot original film, and the camera cannot be paused during shooting
  • No special effects can be added to the movie, such as filters, transitions, toning, dimming, subtitles, etc.
  • The film is not allowed to undergo any mixing, editing and post-production
  • The video must be live radio and video recording, no dubbing
  • Parents are recommended to use mobile phones to shoot

Judging Criteria:

The judges will make a comprehensive score based on the contestants' performances such as their typhoon proficiency, performance skills and musical sense. The judges have the final decision on all artistic matters, and the contestants shall not have any objections.
 
Awards:
  • Champion (one):   The contestant with the highest score will receive a certificate and a trophy

  • Runner-up (one):   Receive a certificate and a trophy

  • Third place (one):   Receive a certificate and a trophy

  • Merit Award:      Receive a certificate of award

  • The rest of the contestants will receive a certificate of commendation

Results announced:

The results of the competition will be announced on our website and Facebook within seven days, and the relevant trophies and awards will be delivered by SF Express within one month after the announcement of the competition results.

Other conditions:

* All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
* Late submission of registration forms and works will not be accepted
* All entries must be originally created by the participant, and no plagiarism or ghostwriting is allowed
* Entries must not contain obscene, violent, pornographic, slanderous, unhealthy, insulting elements or any controversial and inappropriate content
* Entries cannot contain commercial or political promotion elements
* All trophies and certificates are printed with the names of the contestant in Chinese, please check the relevant information carefully when you fill up our registration form. Once the trophy and certificate are printed, they cannot be modified. All trophies and awards for online competitions will be delivered by SF Express
* Contestants (including parents and teachers of minor participants) must understand and agree to the rules and regulations of this competition. If a contestant violates any competition rules, the organizer and the judging committee have the right to disqualify them from participating in the competition
*Once registered this competition, it means that the contestants have agreed and authorized us to retain and use their works, photos and videos for educational and promotional purposes in our publications, website and social media sites; the contestants have also agreed and authorized us publishing and announcing the names and relevant information of the winners
* We do not have an appeal system, and the results of this competition is subject to the evaluation of professional judges
* The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of the general rules and regulations of this competition. If there is any dispute about this event, we reserve the right of final decision, and no objection is accepted

  Notice of Collection of Personal Data and Privacy Policy

* The Association collects, stores and uses personal data in a legal and fair manner. Such data will only be used for the Association's business operations and other related activities.

* The Association will try to keep the latest and correct customer personal information.

* Personal information will be kept confidential. The Association will respect the privacy of its customers and will never disclose any information to unauthorized persons.
* All on-site competitions will be recorded by the Association through photographs or videos. The photos and videos obtained may be made public for publicity and promotion purposes.

* Notice on Collection of Personal Data Personal data is provided voluntarily by the contestants or their guardians. Each contestant or their guardian agrees that the personal data provided may be used for promotion and related services. The data will also be used by relevant personnel to process the entries, contact and related publicity purposes.
* Entrants have the right to access and correct their personal data in accordance with Sections 18 and 22 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and Principle 6 of Schedule 1. The right of access includes the right to request a copy of the personal data provided by them in the Student Entry Form for this Competition. A fee may be charged for complying with a data access request.
